Acceptance of these terms

These terms and conditions govern your use of Yieldra Compounding. By creating an account, depositing funds or using any feature of this website, you agree to be bound by them, together with our privacy policy and risk disclaimer.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the platform.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and live in a jurisdiction where participating in a digital-asset yield programme is legal. It is your responsibility to check and comply with your local laws.

We may restrict or refuse service where the law or our compliance rules require it.

Your account

You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

One person may hold one account. Accounts created to abuse referral rewards or platform limits may be suspended and any rewards reversed.

Your accounts are set up automatically on sign-up: a main account, which receives your deposits and referral rewards, and an investment account, which you fund by transferring from your main account and which is used to earn daily profit.

Deposits

Deposits are accepted in USDT on the BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) only, with a minimum of $10. Each account is assigned a unique personal deposit address; funds sent to the wrong network, the wrong address or from an unsupported source cannot be recovered.

On-chain deposits are detected automatically and credited to the main account of the member holding the address that received them. Referral rewards are paid to referrers' main accounts.

Plans and daily profit

Funds earn daily profit only once they have been transferred to the investment account and placed in a plan. Seven plans are available — Seed, Harvest, Meridian, Summit, Titan, Sovereign and Empire — with published daily rates from 4% to 7% and fixed durations.

Profit is calculated on your investment-account balance and drops once per day at 13:00 UTC. Published rates are targets, not promises: payouts depend on platform performance and may be adjusted, paused or stopped.

The plan tier applied to an investment is determined by the amount at the time the plan is started.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are paid in USDT (BEP20) to the payout wallet address you save on your account, subject to a minimum of $5, a 5% network and processing fee, and a limit of 1 withdrawal per day. Withdrawals are processed automatically where on-chain settlement allows.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your payout address. A transaction broadcast to the blockchain cannot be reversed, and funds sent to a wrong address cannot be recovered.

Withdrawals may be delayed or refused where the platform detects fraud, abuse, or a security or compliance concern, pending review.

Capital is not returnable

By using the platform you acknowledge and accept that deposited capital is not returnable. Plans pay daily profit for the duration of the plan only; the original deposit amount is not repaid at the end of the term or at any other time.

This condition applies to every plan and is a requirement of participation.

Referral rewards

Referral rewards are paid on a downline member's first deposit at 10% / 5% / 3% and on their subsequent deposits at 5% / 3% / 1% across three levels, credited to the referrer's main account.

Referral rewards are discretionary incentives paid from deposited funds. They are not income you can depend on, and they change only by announcement on this site. Self-referral, fake accounts and spam are prohibited.

Acceptable use

You must not use the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any unlawful activity; must not attempt to access other members' accounts, balances or personal data; and must not attack, probe, overload or interfere with the platform or its security controls.

We apply rate limits and security monitoring to sensitive actions, and we may suspend or close accounts and report to the relevant authorities where these rules are broken.

Service availability and changes

The platform depends on blockchain networks and third-party infrastructure and is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service, and update these terms, with changes published on this site.

Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yieldra Compounding and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive loss arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, capital or data, or for any inability to access blockchain networks.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply.

Taxes

You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes due on profits you receive. We do not withhold tax and we do not provide tax advice or tax documents.
